This is our Presenter Policy
If you're selected as a presenter, you will pay for registration and room and board, the same as any attendee. We will work with you personally to seek a sponsor for your workshop or speaking engagement. If together we can find a sponsor for your engagement, we will pay you 50% of the sponsorship amount up to $2,000.
BENEFITS TO SPEAKER
1)All speakers are featured on their own dedicated pages on the Women At Woodstock website, with a link to their own website.
2)Each speaker is announced to the Women At Woodstock community via a blog post on the WAW website, an email to our entire mailing list, and social media postings on our Facebook and Twitter accounts.
3)Each speaker is announced in a press release, distributed via online distribution service and emailed directly to our targeted list of over 1,200 editors, reporters, bloggers, and producers.
4)We publish at least one guest blog post, bylined to the speaker, on the Women At Woodstock blog.
5)We will also help to promote news, announcements, special offers, and awards that the speaker shares with us, via email and all of our social media channels.
6)Speakers may, if they wish, have logo items, coupons, or other small promotional items included in our WAW gift bags at the event, at no charge.
PRESENTER PROMOTION OF WAW AND INDIVIDUAL WORKSHOP
Presenters must commit to promoting their workshops and the Women At Woodstock retreat by:
1) Liking and Following WAW on Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest
2) Blogging; emailing; tweeting; retweeting WAW tweets; and posting on Facebook - both on their own timelines and on the Women At Woodstock Facebook page
3) Writing (or vlogging) one guest post for the WAW blog, related to their workshop topic. The guest post must be submitted no later than one month after signing on as a Presenter.
4) Commenting on WAW's blog posts from time to time.
All of these activities must be maintained throughout the months leading up to the retreats. Presenters' promotion is essential. Failure to promote regularly will be considered a material breach of your agreement.
